Data Deletion

You can ask Holofoil, operated by First Edition TCG LLC, to delete your account or the data we received when you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Discord.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Holofoil account, or open a support ticket while signed in, and tell us what you'd like deleted: your whole account, or only the link to your Facebook, Google, or Discord login. We'll confirm the request came from you, then complete it and reply within 30 days.

Removing Holofoil from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Holofoil, and remove it. That stops Facebook sharing anything further with us; to delete what we already hold, send the request above.

What we keep

Before closing an account, any store credit and vaulted cards are settled with you. We keep the records the law or our payment providers require (purchases, payouts, shipping, and fraud-prevention records) for as long as they require, as described in our Privacy Policy.
