    What is Holofoil?

    Holofoil lets you open Pokémon packs online — and every card you pull is a real, physical card. Your hits land in your vault the moment they hit, and you can ship them home whenever you like.

    Are the cards real? Do I actually get them?

    Yes. Every card in every pack corresponds to a real card we hold. When you hit, the card is vaulted under your account, and you can request shipping whenever you like — it arrives at your door like any order.

    What is the vault?

    Your vault is where your pulled cards live, ready to ship home whenever you want. Don’t love a card you pulled? Sell it back for 90% of its value in store credit — instantly, no waiting.

    What are bulk cards?

    Most rips add 10 bulk cards to your account on top of whatever you pull. You can sell bulk back for credit in one tap, ship the whole stack home, or include it in a vault shipment so everything arrives in one box with one shipping fee.

    How does shipping work?

    Select cards in your vault, review the live carrier rates, and pay one shipping fee for the box. Optional insurance is available at checkout. Orders typically leave within about a business day, and your tracking number appears on the shipment page as soon as the label prints.

    What is the free sim?

    Every pack has a free simulation mode — the exact same opening experience, but nothing is charged and nothing is vaulted. It is the honest way to feel a pack before you buy one.

    How do Custom Packs work?

    Custom Packs open real Ascended Heroes packs with one twist: you choose the cards that count for you, and you only pay for those. If a selected card is pulled, it is vaulted — cards you did not select pass by. It is the affordable way to go after exactly the cards you want.

    What are Rarity Runs?

    A Rarity Run opens pack after pack until a card of your chosen tier or better lands — EX+ or IR+. Every card you pull along the way is yours to keep, bulk included, and the run always ends with the hit that stops it.

    What are Party Packs?

    Ten cards are shown face up, sealed into ten packs, and the order is locked with published proof before you choose. You pick one pack, open it, and keep what is inside — grails are in play every round.

    How do payments and credit work?

    You add store credit with a card via Stripe, and it lands on your account instantly. Packs are purchased with credit, and trade-ins add credit right back. Credit purchases are final once delivered, as covered in our Terms.

    Who can play, and where do you ship?

    You must be 18 or older to make purchases. We currently ship to the United States and Canada, fully tracked.
